Terms of Delivery and Returns

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Greece within 1–2 business days after the order is placed, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
All international orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express.
All domestic orders are shipped via ACS Courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Please be aware that the Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, which may vary by country and are outside our control.

Please note that made-to-order sandals, which are not held in stock, require 15–20 days for production. These items will be shipped once production is complete.

Taxes, Duties & Customs
For orders shipped within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the item prices.
For international shipments outside the EU, prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, payable upon delivery.
As customs regulations and charges vary by country, we are unable to calculate or estimate the exact amount of duties and taxes in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must email info@digaia.com within 15 days of receiving their order, quoting the order number and specifying the item(s) to be returned.
Once the return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation.
Returns are accepted only from the country to which the order was originally delivered.
Only purchases made directly through www.digaia.com are eligible for return. Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned in accordance with the retailer’s own policies.
Returns Cost
Returns within Greece are handled by ACS Courier. A fixed €3.00 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

For returns from international destinations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
After receiving return approval from info@digaia.com, customers will be provided with an airwaybill voucher from DHL. Please contact our affiliated courier using this airwaybill number to arrange a return pick-up. For returns from countries outside the European Union, refunds will be issued for the price of the returned items only, excluding customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Returns Condition
All returned items must be unused, unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box, accessories, protection materials, leaflets and receipt.
Products may be carefully handled and inspected solely to assess or determine their nature and characteristics. However, returned items must show no signs of wear or use. For footwear, soles must be perfectly intact.
DI GAÏA strongly recommends trying on shoes only on soft, smooth surfaces, such as carpet. Customers must not attempt to modify, repair, or alter any products. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted and will be returned to the original shipping address.

Purchases must have been made directly at digaia.com. If purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.
Exchanges & Feed
Direct exchanges are not offered. To change size or style, customers must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately to secure availability.
To ensure the fastest possible service and immediate availability of your preferred size or style, we kindly ask customers to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any new order placed following a return will be subject to the standard shipping rates displayed at checkout.
For international returns, please note that customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Any fees incurred for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as “made to order” are not eligible for exchange or refund. No refunds or exchanges are possible for custom order products.

Refunds Policy
Refunds are processed within 15 working days after returned items are received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or credit card provider.
Refunds are processed once returned items have undergone quality control, been inspected, and accepted in accordance with our Return Policy.
Only in case of a defective product we will refund the whole amount.
Shipping and handling charges paid on the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunded amount. Customs duties, taxes, and delivery costs are not refundable in any case.
Refunds Method
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
Credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay.
If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery, the refunded amount will be transferred to a Greek bank account provided by the customer via email. DI GAÏA is not responsible for any bank fees charged by the recipient’s bank.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date you receive confirmation that the returned items have been received, inspected, and accepted. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional working days for the refund to appear on your account.
